BonusWave ("we", "our", "us") operates the BonusWave web application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

What we collect

  • Account information: your email address (required to create an account).
  • Bonus tracking data: the bank bonus details you choose to enter (bank names, amounts, dates, notes, etc.).
  • Usage data: a timestamp of your last app activity, used to understand engagement.
  • Payment data (premium only): we use a third-party payment processor to handle payments. We don't store credit card numbers — the processor receives your name, email, and payment details.

How we use it

  • To provide the BonusWave service to you.
  • To send you the weekly email digest (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To send you account-related emails (signup confirmation, password reset).
  • To process payments via Stripe for premium subscriptions.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate BonusWave (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI services).
  • We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Where your data lives

We use service providers for cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI features (Smart Import and Spreadsheet Import send page content or column headers to an AI service for processing). For the current list of providers, email hello@bonuswave.app.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be deleted, or close your account at any time by emailing hello@bonuswave.app. We'll process the request within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We don't use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
