By using BonusWave, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What BonusWave is

BonusWave is a tool for tracking bank account sign-up bonuses. It helps you organize your bonus pipeline, deadlines, and direct deposit requirements. You enter your own data; we provide the structure.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

You own the data you enter. We store it on your behalf so you can use the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Premium subscriptions

• Yearly plan ($20/year): billed annually. You can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" menu. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Lifetime plan ($35 one-time): grants premium access for as long as BonusWave operates. For refunds, email hello@bonuswave.app.
• Payment processing: handled by Stripe. We don't store payment card details.

Acceptable use

Don't use BonusWave to do illegal things. Don't try to disrupt the service for other users. Don't scrape or abuse our APIs.

Disclaimers

BonusWave is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not financial advisors — bonus tracking is operational, not financial advice. You're responsible for your own tax reporting and bank relationships.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BonusWave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using BonusWave anytime — close your account by emailing us. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
